Darringer Capital Investments is currently NOT a registered LLC. No outside money is accepted, and only proprietary funds in the name of the fund manager are used to buy securities.

Any mention of 'fund' refers to money in the name of the fund manager. Outside money is not accepted at Darringer Capital Investments. An LLC registration is expected to be complete by Q1 2027. 'Investors' are tracking fund performance with a future opportunity to deposit. All securities and investments involve risk, including the loss of principle.
